The Gazette is proud to bring Festival of Trees to Eastern Iowa as the premier holiday event.
This majestic holiday experience offers classic and contemporary decorations, local artisans showcasing unique gifts, and activities/local entertainment for all ages.
In 2023 the team welcomed more than 11,000 attendees to take in performances, trees, and holiday magic that is Festival of Trees.
To enhance the experience of Festival of Trees, the team has added two new events.
Jingle Mingle On Thursday, November 14th, companies large and small are invited to an after-work holiday social gathering hosted by Festival of Trees. Enjoy music and entertainment while having VIP access to the 2024 trees available for auction.
Sensory Day A Festival of Trees experience with adjustments for sensory sensitive guests. Sensory Day will take place on Friday, November 15 and will provide a sight and sound friendly environment for individuals and families, led by FOT partners The Arc of East Central Iowa and Systems Unlimited.
Weekend Community Celebration The Festival of Trees Community Event will be held on November 16-17 at Lindale Mall. This year’s event will include vendors, entertainment and of course, beautiful trees available for auction.
The Trees
The amazing display of holiday trees are customized with themes from the most creative minds for every style preference.
Attending FOT supports our area nonprofits. The non-perishable food drive along with a portion of proceeds from the tree bids will be in support of two important community resources — The Arc of East Central Iowa and the Freedom Foundation.
